LOCAL CO-OP FOLLOW FIX

Add a new option at the gameplay options called "Locked Auto Follow"

Locked Auto Follow:

This option would ignore Character 2 (Player 2) movement speed and copy the same movement speed as the Character 1 (Player 1).

Character 2 (Player 2) will now be locked 0.5m to 1m away from Character 1 (player 1) and will only follow the player. It won't attack or use any abilities.

This would help players who are creating new characters to use their main character to level up their secondary character.

If Character 2 (Player 2) wants to use abilities or freely move again, the "Locked Auto Follow" option needs to be disabled at the gameplay options. When disabled, the movement speed will now register normaly once again.

Hi Brother.
Sorry but I'm completely lost. What exactly are you saying ?
You want an option to not "hit" your party mate when you move around?
I don't think they'll ever to that. Getting stuck in your party mate/member is part of the game, like it used to be in D2 when you were navigating in close tunnels

You didn't understand. What I mean is, the auto following of the 2nd character in local coop is horrible. The character gets stuck in every corner, the running player "if faster" will get stuck at the ledge of the screen etc...

This option "locked auto follow" would make it so the 2nd player would always move with the same speed as player 1, be close to the player 1 like 0.5m to 1m away from the player 1 character. But because is locked on auto follow, player 2 wouldn't be able to attack at all. But he would still get damaged.

This would help a lot those players who want to speed run the campaign for other characters to try out new builds.
.
They will never do it. The local coop for 2 players in same family play together, not for you to farm 2nd character. That's it!
