"High chance for X"

What is your definition of "high chance" in New Zealand ?

It's vague on purpose.
In ARPGs, drop chances are usually way below 1% for items, so in that context a 1% chance would already be considered "high". My guess is that the chance is around 10%, but that's just a gut feeling. PoE2 0.4 Character:
