Lunar Blessing "Inactive" while not in Wolf Form, but the gem only states Moonbeam requires Wolf

Before you simply reword it, consider this: The Vision of Weapon Swap is to be able to mix and match skills. I'm wearing a Talisman, I spent the Rage, I spent the opportunity cost of a gem slot (for half of a gem's benefits)... Shouldn't I benefit from the buff?
