Spider Forrest instantly killed by nothing

I was running spider Forrest tier 15 and dies three times instantly one shotted by something I couldn’t see. Nothing around me whatsoever. Just instantly dead. This has to be a bug.

Ok never mind. My dumb A put heavy buffer on with chaos inoculation. Basically making everything in the game one shot me. Smh
