[Feedback] Improve Sprinting: "Faster Knockdown Recovery" Affix

To improve Sprinting, GGG should add a new "Faster Knockdown Recovery" affix that spawns on Armour, Boots and Belts, which reduces duration of the "downed animation," allowing players to regain control alot quicker.

This new affix would likely be a Suffix, competing with Resistances, forcing players to choose between damage mitigation and tactical mobility.
