Cool idea: Give out SPECIFIC (shit) support gems as rewards

Scenario:
- You think some supports add to the gameplay
- They aren't being picked enough
- You don't wanna buff them into problematic territory

You could give them out as low level rewards. Reward those who actually will use said supports.

Examples:
- Blindside early
- Life Drain (cull utility)
- Profanity (corpse requirement)
- Armour Break I
- Bounty I
- Frenzied Riposte

Taking any of these early is bait.
