Rampage doesn't leech

In the character panel, it never shows recovery from leech while I'm using rampage.

My rampage deals physical damage, I have leech as life on my ring, I have life leech support on the rampage, nothing ever worked.

Leech 100% works on rampage, only for physical damage, try to get some instant leech, its easier to feel the effects of leech that way. - lvl 99 bear that mains rampage in temples with 1.5k effectiveness. Leech is my only lifeline so im sure it works.
