Reforging Darkness Enthroned only yields gloves variant

reforged ~10 sets of darkness enthroned and all ended up as gloves. From what I can guess gloves & shield should have around the same weight but I only ever got gloves.

I'm not sure on the statistics side of things, but I think that should have hit something other than gloves at least once. Unless this is intended I guess?
