Potental bug oh Witchhunter

I have Zealous Inquisition on my Witch hunter and I am using Armour explosion support and after the patch when I kill a monster with Herald of Ice I get a .5 sec lag but if I unallocate the Zealous Inquisition Node the lag doesn't trigger. Please see if you can fix this.
