TastyTaco's Crit Lightning Spear Tactician

This build unleashes the true power of Lightning Spear by using a unique tech from the Tactician ascendancy to provide Frenzy Charges on-hit, enabling Lightning Spear to be used in an almost permanently empowered form.

The Frenzy charge generation tech comes from pinning enemies with Right Where We Want Them, using the Eroding Chains notable to break armour, generating Endurance Charges on armour break with Armour Break III, and converting endurance to frenzy charges with the Resonance keystone.

Although Tactician doesn't have damage built into the ascendancy, we leverage the halved aura cost from A Solid Plan and extra spirit from Sacred Flame to stack some very powerful damage auras: Eternal Rage, Berserk, Trinity and Charge Regulation. All together this provides an impressive 150% more damage, 40% increased skill speed and 25% more crit chance.

For single target we use explosive spear, which when used with the above buffs has a massive amount of damage in a single detonation, especially in the crit version when used with Sniper's Mark.

All in all the build is very fast, very smooth and satisfying and great for lategame map blasting, with the downside of low single target damage more than offset by the upsides of very fast map clearing and satisfying playstyle.
