Lock medalions drop bug.

Since last Friday, both I and many other players have noticed a clear drop in the chance of obtaining medallions from the “spymaster” room. Often, out of 10 such rooms “upgraded to level 3,” not a single one drops. It can be observed that the chance is the same as in other rooms, because it is easier to obtain medallions from other rooms than from this one.
Despite numerous complaints, you still haven’t addressed the issue of medallions. Is this a bug or a shadow nerf? Please take a position on this matter.


Until this issue is resolved, I’m stepping away from the game.

I can confirm this is the case. Been experiencing inconsistent lock drops and having runs with 0 locks with 11x lvl 3 spymaster building.

Lost about 2 days worth of building which is frustrating as hell.

Will stop playing for now altogether until there is some communication from GGG related to this matter. Don't want to loose all my temple.

Also I have a friend who build it's temple with a sacrificial chamber in mind and had 0 in over 100 temple runs. I red that's an issue with other ppl as well.

All in all really frustrating stuff. Hope it gets fixed.

0.4.0c Hotfix 26 clearly messed something up with medallion's drop rates, need some insight on this please.

Update 0.4.0c (Hotfix 26) messed something up in the medallion drop rates. This is extremely unfair to players, especially since they haven't given any explanation as to why this is happening. #ALLTOGETHERFORCHRISWILSON

barly getting any lock medallions on a full 77 room temple with 11 spymasters, i already lost 8 rooms twice now and im in constant fear of my temple collapsing since i barly get any locks to keep 2 chains alive.
Some of the last Hotfixes that were made clearly broke lock drops.
I will give ggg a pass for now since i dont think they shadownerfed it on purpuse, if that was the case i would be leaving permanently.

Over the last three TEMPLE runs, I’ve noticed a significant change in medallion drop rates. I’ll keep monitoring the next attempts to see whether this isn’t just temporary luck (just as I didn’t raise the issue of missing medallions too hastily).

However, if this is a buff — then it’s still happening behind our backs. BE TRANSPARENT.

I noticed this bug in hotfix 24. If anything 26 made it worse. I can run any other high chance room and get the medallion easily that they say they will drop. The spymaster rooms almost never drop the lock medallion.

I confirm that after the 0.4.0c update (Hotfix 26) the drop rate has decreased significantly.
