Remove banned accounts from showing up on the market.

Recently been seeing quite a few items where once I click on the "Travel to Hideout" button I'm told "The seller's account has been banned" and thus I can't buy those items.

It becomes more annoying when I realized those items are showing up on my Exiled Exchange price check results and thus are skewing the results since they were posted a while back but never removed so they don't reflect the heavily inflated price they are actually worth.

An example is the expedition logbook instant buy top results. First two accounts are banned for anybody interested in seeing what I'm talking about
