Empowered sparks stops proccing if you use a skill that cant use empowered sparks

step to reproduce

1. get 3 empowered attacks
2. use a skill that is not supported (intended?) like spear throw
3. Use a skill that is supported, no sparks

if you only do step 1 and 3, then it works.
also, if you attack 3 times in step 2, then step 3 doesnt work, and you lose all stacks of empowered sparks
