[Temple's Medallions] No medallions drop

Hi,
i did another character and started building a new temple , kill the first time the architect and he drops me +energyzed crystal capacity.
After that , in like 20+ more run ( with 30+ random rooms ), i haven't found any type of medallions from any room ( even if i have one spymaster at level 3 ).
Is there something i need to interact for enabling medallions drop? Am i missing something? or im just giga unlucky?

They shadow nerfed or messed up lock medallions droprate but don't want to admit it. I ran my temple 5 times with 5 t3 spymaster and haven't got any. lost for about 15 rooms and my whole 2nd chain. on the spymaster room it says "High Chance". Well im at about 4% right now and that is what ggg calls a high chance...
