Cannot enter the spires of deshar

Every time I try to enter I get thrown back to the login screen with the message failed to connect to this instance.

I have tried rebooting the game but no difference.

Reported in game with ref 1,128,597,657.

When I switched to a char that is in end game and teleported to the spires it worked.

Went back to my char that I am progressing and it was then able to enter without a problem.

same issue with the 2nd vanguard map, cannot enter from my portal or from the waypoint, kind of frustrating! Tried the same trick of going with another character and switching back but didn't work this time.
