Reduced attribute requirement nodes not working with weapon set 2

Have my weapon set points split between 2 different things, I have 100 as a witchhunter, I need gems but don't meet the attribute reqs, then noticed there were nodes for reduced attribute requirements for gear/skill

Except it doesn't work with weapon sets as I clearly show in this video
