Items should show support sockets of granted skill

Currently, it is, as far as I can tell, completely impossible to tell from an item's text how many sockets its granted skill has. This makes it impossible to know if you're buying a 6 link or 4 link item off the trade site, even once you TP there. You should be able to see how many links the granted skill has from the item's description, and on the trade site.

Level 20 = 5 sockets

Level 15 to 19 = 4 sockets

Level 10 to 14 = 3 sockets

Level 1 to 9 = 2 sockets
