Temple Bug – Sacrificial Chamber No Longer Appearing

i would like to report a possible bug related to the Temple.

a friend of mine has been playing for the past couple of days and seems to be stuck because the Sacrificial Chamber no longer appears in his temple. He believes the cause was after using a Sacrificial Room on the Sacrificial Chamber itself, it never showed up again in any subsequent temple runs.

since then, he has been unable to find or upgrade the Sacrificial Chamber at all. This is very frustrating, as the Sacrificial Chamber is an important part of the temple progression, and without it, the content feels blocked.

this issue has been happening consistently for several days now, and resetting or progressing the temple further has not resolved it.

ss this a known issue? Any confirmation or guidance would be appreciated.
