Profaned Ritual is appearently still or now again bugged

It still or does again not scale with anything but gem level and %chaos damage.
That is really sad since i was trying to make a new build and leveled a char to the point to use profaned ritual only to realize after a few levels that it's dmg wasn't increasing at all with any support gems. Please let us do damaging chaos ground dot rituals :x.
