Boss in the cimetery of the eternals doesn't trigger

I tped back to town after i talked to the pnj (lachkann the lost). When i came back he was in front in the tomb in the boss arena and he doesn't tranform so the fight can't strat.

I tried to run everywhere in the boss area. And I tried to tp in other area. It didn't worked.
