Make Reforge 3 x T15 Waystone to 1 x T15 Waystone Possible, PLEASE!

I believe this will be very helpful, especially at league start. Please consider. Those waystone omens from ritual are cute and all, but I would rather use my chaos orbs elsewhere, like fractured gear or whittle exceptional gear. Thanks!
