Null TP in Vastiri Outskirts Alva Temple after completion

Steps to reproduce:

- go to Vastiri Outskirts and find the Vaal encounter
- run and complete the temple [necessity uncertain]
- make a TP in the Vaal Ruins transition zone
- click on the TP = nothing happens, and the TP has no label

If this doesn't usually occur, it might be because the 1st zones of every act TP you back to the previous act.
