Spirit skil level 14 not usable

I use skills Herald of thunder,wind dancer, i'm level 74, I leveled them to 14 and everything is ok but once deactivated by mistake it does not let me reactivate them even if I have more than enough spirit


If I use low-level versions, for example, I tried level 11, then everything works again. The problem is that the requirement for level 14 is to be level 54 and I'm 74.

I suppose it could be a misreading of the level, perhaps a typing error between 74 and 47 which then generates this bug

No, I think it has to do with the deactivation of the skill. There are some other forum posts here with similar issues, e.g. search for spirit activation.
