Atziri room not accessible

I think I have occurred in a combination of rooms that hard-lock the Aziri room.

With this layout basically:
- atziri room didn't connect with the one in front
- prosthetic research is not getting removed because connected to royal access chamber

Even after killing the Architect many times, while the temple remove the rooms, prosthetic ones blink but is not removed.



Any workaround?
