character are bugged

I have level 65 Wolf druid class, and the rage doesn't generate at all it doesn't show up on my mana bar or health bar, and I have a plant druid class and he's level 56 and stuck in the heart of tribe where u kill the main boss in that area, and no one well show up to revive the girl
