Minions summon not working in Ratched Ravine

After entering the mentioned location all my minions vanished with red exclamation mark on the skills icon, though i have enough spirit. Also plus icon for summon more minions is not disabled and I can set as much as I want

Now it is broken everywhere.
UPD2:
The next day it was working fine, then again - not enough spirit

Is there a workaround? It seems as it's completely random, might break when I change gear or switch location, then just works fine after relogin
