Sporadische Abstürze seit dem 30.12.2025 / Sporadic Crashes since December 30, 2025

Seit dem 30. Dezember 2025 läuft mein Laptop während des Spielens von Path of Exile 2 sporadisch komplett aus. Dies geschieht in verschiedenen Situationen, entweder beim Drücken des Anmelde-Buttons oder während ich im Spiel bin. Diese Abstürze sind besonders besorgniserregend, da ich befürchte, dass sie meiner Hardware schaden können.

Zwischen den Feiertagen hatte ich einige Tage, an denen das Spiel über 10 Stunden lang ohne Abstürze lief. Es ist unklar, was seitdem zu diesen plötzlichen und häufigen Ausfällen geführt hat. Ich spiele das Spiel seit der Veröffentlichung mit demselben Laptop und habe bereits über 1000 Stunden investiert.

Since December 30, 2025, my laptop has been crashing completely while playing Path of Exile 2. This happens at various times, either when I press the login button or while I am in the game. These crashes are particularly concerning as I fear they may damage my hardware.

Between the holidays, I had a few days where the game ran without crashes for over 10 hours. It is unclear what has caused these sudden and frequent crashes since then. I have been playing the game since its release on the same laptop and have invested over 1000 hours into it.

leider habe ich seit einiger Zeit immense Probleme mit dem Spiel. Es lässt sich kaum noch starten, da es fast bei jedem Anmelden oder random im Spiel abstürzt. Manchmal schaltet sich mein Laptop einfach aus. Nach über 1000 Stunden mit demselben Laptop ist das momentan einfach unspielbar.

Ich bin mir sehr sicher, dass die Ursachen nicht mit einem Windows-Update, den Temperaturen von CPU oder GPU zusammenhängen. Vielmehr scheint das Spiel nicht gut programmiert zu sein. Ich finde das Spiel großartig, aber warum sind die Hardwareanforderungen so hoch? Ich habe zwischenzeitlich andere Spiele gespielt und hatte diese Probleme nicht.

Ich habe auch von anderen Spielern gehört, die ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Was hat GGG getan? Warum wird dieser Bug nicht behoben oder erklärt, woran das liegt? Bei meinen Recherchen im Internet habe ich festgestellt, dass dieses Problem schon länger existiert, aber ich habe weder eine Lösung noch Hilfe seitens GGG gefunden.

I’ve been experiencing significant problems with the game for some time now. It barely starts anymore, as it crashes almost every time I log in or randomly while playing. Sometimes, my laptop just shuts down. After over 1000 hours with the same laptop, it’s simply unplayable at this point.

I’m quite certain that the issues are not related to a Windows update or the temperatures of the CPU or GPU. It seems that the game is just not well-programmed. I think the game is fantastic, but I don’t understand why the hardware requirements are so high. I’ve played other games in between and have not experienced these crashes.

I've also read similar complaints from other players. What has GGG done? Why isn't this bug being fixed or explained? In my internet searches, I found that this issue has been around for a while, but I haven't found a solution or help from GGG.
