Please add a setting to turn off fog effects in the graphics settings

I'm not asking for a setting to turn off all fog effects in the game.
Please at least allow the ability to disable the fog that covers most areas and covers the entire screen.
This fog only makes it harder to identify monsters and makes the screen hazy.
I don't understand why they would even include it. I'm playing on an OLED monitor in a darkroom with HDR turned on, and the image quality is terrible, just like when I played other games on a cheap IPS monitor.
