Infernalist as FIRE mage

As stated in title. Right now only 1% of playerbase playing infernalist in poe ninja.

I would like to see changes to make it actual fire spell caster.

Most of the nodes has too much restrictions. While some of the nodes are conceptually interesting, they require too much effort to make them work.

I'd also like to see new nodes instead of the ones that reserve health, or for effects to be linked to damage or directly to spells.

I would also like to roll back the changes related to the demonic form, return the health loss as a percentage (to be able play demonform with CI)
