Staggering force not working after shapeshifting back to human form

Staggering force (buff from staggering palm) is not working after shapeshifting (maybe other weapon swap? haven't tried)

Basically:
Get Staggering force
Projectiles appears from quarterstaff attacks
Shapeshift to wyvern
Shapeshift to human
Staggering force still active but no projectiles from quarterstaff attacks
You have to wait for the current buff to disappear, extending the buff fails to fix this behaviour

Confirming this bug, I'm having the same issue. Extremely annoying as it wrecks half my build
