Take a look, this is not a juiced crowded map. Just 1 boss and i already knew right at start your game is going to screw me over thus i pause and show the game settings/statics before the fight.

I have got plenty of performance issues in juiced maps and this issue has been plaguing me and other players for months. Where is the fix ?

I bought your supporter pack to enjoy the look. There'a this function from the paladin pack that causes dead mobs bodies to glitter when i am near however due to the poor game play performance i am constantly having lag spikes for few seconds while mapping as a result i am always having lag zooming all over the place. Techically i can't see shit let alone enjoy the mtx that i purchase.

I upgraded my internet plan last week. I thought maybe its my net issue. I knew the risk that i will end up paying more for a upgraded plan and this performance issue wont be resolve but i went ahead anyway. I just want to enjoy the game properly but unfortunately it didnt work. I never have such issues with other games and there are also so many console players sharing this feed back yet nothing is done.

So back to my question. When can this be fixed ?????????? Its been months?????????????? Your company took our money right ? We also highlighted this issue for months? Or perhaps there is a refund option ? I mean what is the point of having the mtx yet i cant even use it properly right ?

It is since opening up early access on console that the game does not run on console and not a single patch, not a single shred of intent of fixing this.
Because fix means: rewrite crappy engine, crop stuff that no player needs, focus on stuff that every player needs.
Kill PoE2 and directly skip to PoE3, use all the effort you would need to make the current mess somewhat playable and instead invest to make something ground up designed for consoles with a PC port - because that is the proper order of things.
Consoles are not a hardware mess so it should be easier ...
Ranting, because ignored with the mundane answer of "we know and we will have a look at it", which means "we dont care, you already paid for things we make you require to be able to play. or you didnt pay so we couldnt care less".

So, as long as an unfinished product can be monetized and be called unfinished, sorry, you dont have any right of a refund because every purchase is made with being aware of the risk of things not working fine.

The lag was gone and performance was smooth for about 24 hours(about 2 hours after my above post). That actually made me felt bad for ranting here but omg, now the lag is back again. Seriously good things cant last with this game. Does your server need viagra or something to maintain ? Look GGG, i think most console players have this issue and i have tolerated this bullshit for at least 3 leagues. I can never play those fun unique build that is heavyweight in system performance. I can only play tankier spec cause the lag is horrible and yeah i die many times even as a tankier spec. I don't feel fun nowadays People purchase supporter pack to play the game and expect support in return too. This is not charity pack. Sort this bullshit out already so your console players can play properly.
