Credits Purchased isn`t showing up on my account

I had same problem on the past but it got resolved some days later. What makes me sad is to think that problem still happens the same way, i can't believe that is just me having this problem, some one knows how to fix this problem?
the purchase was on 12/25/2025 and at this day 01/05/2026 i got nothing, no supoort contact or even the cradits has no sign to come up. now i made a new purchase of 50 credits and it appeared but i stil want thos 300 credits Zuletzt angestoßen am 07.01.2026, 01:24:28
