Abyssal Fissures in Boss Rooms

Feels like they shouldn't be able to spawn there.

Even with a super strong build, running solo and there being an abyss in the boss room is almost always a death.

This happens to me all the time. It’s been happening since the mechanic was introduced no clue why they don’t fix it. I agree its very frustrating

There isn't anything to fix, it was designed to spawn in the boss room, kill the boss and it has a chance to spawn an additional large abyssal monster.

They intended this? The abyss spawns in a boss room where you are forced to walk and can't attack? That is intended?

That guy that can reverse time when you get him to half health. You can't even attack the abyss mobs in his room. The map just becomes bricked.

No it isn't. Stand outside the boss room and aggro, then step just inside the boss room and aggro. Try to kill all the abyssal rares before you wake up the boss. After you kill the boss, you get a second opportunity for loot.

Yet, not so super-strong builds, usual builds with moderate investments kill all the abyssal monsters with the boss alltogether in a blink of an eye offscreen.

I will give you a hint: might be your build is not so super-strong as you are claiming? And there is still a lot of work to be done over your build, till you finally be able to do it with no issue?
Abyssal fissures are not an issues, the build is.

It definitely should be a node in the atlas tree-and a slight re-balance instead of just by design.

It definitely bugs out especially in maps with very narrow and small arenas but overall I like the idea. Just needs more polish to feel good imo.
