Hooded one isn't curing tavakai

Hey guys reply to your post in on console and you ask for ram details and other requirements that belong with pc terminology

I'm on PlayStation I've restarted the quest and the same issues occur I approach heart of the tribe area enemies are dead already which they should be and when I get to the arena in walking through the doors and the second area has the hooded one and tavakai in the corner has standing raising the weapon but there's no scene of the cure taking place.

I'm on PlayStation 5.

What else' do I need from me.

Can I send a link to send a video there's not a lot I can do I'm on console.
