Swapping weapon sets while on a Rhoa dismounts you even if both are valid (bow and spear)

I'm playing a lightning spear build with the Rhoa Mount and I wanted to use Electrocuting Arrow to apply electrocute to bosses but using it dismounts me as well as just swapping weapons and this feels like it should work so I think this is probably a bug.

Having a similar problem with Ice Shot and Stormcaller Arrow. I primarily use my first weapon set skills for map clearing but for bosses I want to fire the Stormcaller Arrow to apply Shock. I use the same bow and quiver for both sets, but the moment I swap from either set to the other, I snap from the mount to the ground, running around with the rhoa model locked to mine until I dodge roll or mount up again which usually jolts me to where the rhoa is actually positioned.

There's something going on with weapon sets and the rhoa skill for sure.

Was trying out something a little different and using the same weapon in both weapon slot one and two. Using Lightning Spear with set 1 and Glacial Lance with set 2, and this dismounts you as well when it swaps.
