Navira's Fracturing and Oasis Not Activating

Hi, I wanted to let you all know that after adding a Persistent Ground III support gem to Frost Nova, which is cast after a Cold Infusion is gathered from Frost Bomb to create a chilled ground surface around the character for several meters, neither Navira's Fracturing or Navira's Oasis appears to activate correctly now. No damage is registered from Fracturing, and no hp/mana regeneration occurs with Oasis. I am able to cast Navira's Embrace with no issue and it works correctly. I did remove Persistent Ground III from Frost Nova and that still did not resolve. I removed all support gems from Navira-related skills and that did not help either. I removed all support gems from Frost Nova as well and re-set the skill, didn't resolve. Please help get these skills working again for the Djinn Sorceress...
