PlayStation 5 crashing and sound problems

I do not have any lag, but on maps sometimes when there is a bigger cluster of enemies the sound would make a stutter and stop and the game would continue running but without sound, though that rarely happens, what is more common is that when the sound starts to stutter it stops and the game freezes and it never starts.
