Stuck! Atziri's temple and Fate of the Vaal.

I was busy in my temple then game crashed. Loaded the game again and I am stuck outside not able to go back in to finish the temple and now can't complete my quest "Fate of the vaal". For now I will carry on with other quests. Please recommend what I should do now? I have tried a new instance/session but that doesn't seem to fix it or renew it.
