softlocked after opening a strongbox

i opened a strongbox then i couldn't dodge nor use skills etc but i could still walk with wasd.
couldn't even click on the portal to get out of the map. had to exit to char screen basically relog to resume normal play.

this is the second time this happens to me, this time i survived last time i ran into a pack of monsters and couldn't dodge out or anything and just watched myself die.

not sure if it has anything to do w the strongbox opening but it happened right after opening two boxes next to each other.
