Lost Pinnacle attempt due to server disconnect - Arbiter of Ash

Hello,

I just lost a Pinnacle attempt (Arbiter of Ash) due to a server disconnect that was not caused by my connection.

What happened:

- I entered the Arbiter of Ash fight
- Mid-fight, I received a "server disconnect" error
- When I reconnected, the instance was closed
- My Pinnacle fragments were consumed but NOT refunded

Expected behavior: If the disconnect is server-side, the entry cost should be refunded since I was forcibly disconnected.

Request: Please refund the Pinnacle fragments used for this attempt.
