The Prisoner quest progression bugged

I died from a DOT effect while activating the last ballista in the abandoned prison fight in solitary confinement. When I respawned the prisoner was dead but my quest marker has not progressed and still telling me to enter the arena to fight the boss. So far have tried leaving zone, logging out and back in, closing and restarting client. Each time my quest marker is directing me to the Abandoned Prison but the boss is still dead
