Very frequent crashes, and im in ERROR league apparently

I have very frequent crashes and when i log in when at character page, it says my new character is in ERROR league.
I can play but with frequent crashes and a lot of waiting with red fireflies, you know what i mean when it takes forever to load something.

So i have a graphics driver issue.
Every time i start PoE2 it says Graphics driver is out of date.
But i cant update my RTX 4070Ti driver because it fails to install every time i try.
When talking to Nvidia support they say my win11 is version 22H2 but latest is 25H2.
Maybe thats why i cant update the graphics driver.
But, when i try update win11 it says i cant because of some error, even though i have a bought original win11 pro.

Issues every where, im going crazy here.
Maybe i must buy a new computer even though i have a very high end computer thats just over a year old and did cost a fortune.

Can you make Poe & poe2 work with older graphics drivers please?
