Currently Since the Last Update the Game Crashes the GPU Drivers

Specifically for RX 9070XT since the latest update and currently the game randomly crashes the GPU driver (likely or it can be the CPU as I hear repeated audio being stuck like that for a few seconds and then it restarts while crashing the game).
Either way I do not know what is causing this but I will report this as a bug or a problem since it causes an issue to the whole computer and then crashes the game.

PS: Tried the recommended driver, the same thing happened only this time mid-map. It freezes, completely closes the monitors (no backlights) and then returns.
DX12 (Vulkan doesnt trigger this as often if at all so far), but for the latest driver version the issue of infinite loading times remains, cant stay on the old driver as it bugs out other games.
