Multiplayer Atziri's Temple

Two potential bugs:

-Once Atziri is activated, a single death even outside of the boss room prevents respawning/rejoining.

-If the host is the one who died, the entire temple becomes useless, the other members can neither revive them nor complete the temple, wasting the whole run.

Unsure if this is intended but it's extremely frustrating!
