Ascendancy skill point bug

I need help, just completed my 3rd trial (my 2nd trial of the Sekheman) to get my 3rd point but when i have come to the end it is not giving me my points when i click the alter. Please help

It wa a lvl 73, 3 floor coin i used also it stated on the coin that i would receve the points. it also said in my quest log on the right side trial complete. so not sure if i have done something wrong or not
