Very Loud Audio Bug in Cutscenes and Previews (Both Path of Exile 1 and 2)

I have had issues with an incredibly loud buzzing or blaring noise whenever a skill preview, cut-scene, or cosmetic preview plays. It was relatively easy to avoid in POE but POE2 having more video previews leads issues more often.

I am using CachyOS, specifically Vulkan but have had the same issue on DX11/DX12. This was not an issue in the past when I was playing on Windows 10; using the same bluetooth audio, drivers, and hardware that I am using on Cachy.
