Issue where skills were becoming unbound after taking a portal. Discovered issue was that I had just enough intelligence with an amulet on to use said skills, but not enough in my skill tree and it seems my gear wasn't registering before my skills were so the game was assuming i didn't have enough intelligence to use said skills when in reality I did. attributes required are allocated for both weapon slots so that wasn't the problem.

Just tested without the amulet, and regardless of whether i have the intelligence in both weapon sets or not, it still unbinds the skills.

Sorry. Forgot to note that (if it wasn't clear from the prior posts) I found a solution and fixed the issue for myself, but wanted to let you guys know.
