stuck in boss arena

I have been running m,aps was running a deadly boss map t7 and the boss is gone but i got no loot and i cant leave so my lvl 81 amazon is just stuck in the arena with no way out and with no loot from the boss ive tried relogging and even restarting the game.

i did email support and i do know how to get out of the arena which i have done then gone back to see if it will reset the boss but its still bugged out and not here
