Why is it easier for Druids to use Ancestral Warcry then Warriors Themeselves?

I feel like warrior is getting ignored every patch that goes by.
Like for example, I want to do something with Ancenstral Warcry but it needs to consume Endurance Charges to extend its duration. For warriors, you can either only generate endurance charges by 1. armour break support which only grants you an endurance charge if you're breaking armour with physical damage but with ancestral warcry, your physical damage gets converted to fire. so this is not viable. 2. perfected endurance support with perfect strike, good way to get charges but who the eff runs perfect strike, it's the clunkiest spell for mapping and bossing. 3. you gain an endurance charge when you heavy stun a rare/unique enemy. this doesnt work if you want to be in ancestral warcry form all the time. When i read the druids gain an endurance charge per 15 rage they spent, i got so pissed. they can easily generate charges just by spending rage. Also I feel like while all other classes are build for speed (which the game rewards), warriors just lag behind because of the slow methodical combat "vision" that they have for warriors.
