Bugged: Doryani's Machination targetting in Vaal Temple

I just faced this boss in the vaal temple and my aoe ground command skill, Kelari's Brutality, keep firing away from where I'm pointing at. When I point next to the boss, they'll show up near the boss where I targeted. However, when I point on top of the boss, my ability goes off to the edge of the arena.

I'm not sure if this is the same case with other abilities but might be worth investigating.

edit: This is honestly happening at numerous areas. Just happened while facing stonefist in vaal armory. It appears Khelari is firing the blades forward instead of at the ground targeted cursor location. The text for Kelari's Brutality says it throws a volley of knives at the targeted location. This seems a bit misleading. Might be having issues with targeting an area that's in very close proximity.
